The Malta Photographic Society presents the ‘Understanding and working with Lightroom Classic’ course, to be conducted by Mr Martin Agius.

 

Many photographers are using Lightroom Classic to organize and edit their photos. Do you want to explore how Lightroom Classic works? Do you want to know the advantages that Lightroom Classic has but don’t know from where to begin?

‘The understanding and working with Lightroom Classic’ course have two goals: first to teach you how to organize and label the hundreds of digital images that you have on your computer and secondly, to introduce you to the extremely intuitive and creative editing interface that this software offers. Both the beginner and seasoned user can benefit from this 12-hour course (4 lessons) as it starts with the basics of the program including navigation and continues to more advanced features. You’ll learn everything you need to know to master the software for retouching, photo-editing, image editing, getting organised and more. Work files, notes and ongoing assessment will be provided.

The tutor, Mr Martin Agius is a professional photographer and has been using Lightroom from when it was launched. He has been teaching Lightroom from 2015 and over these years, he used Lightroom to process hundreds of award-winning photos. The course will be delivered in May/June 2022 at the Malta Photographic Society, 137, Old Bakery Street, Valletta.
