The Malta Photographic Society is pleased to announce that it will be organising a one-day Judging Seminar which is going to be conducted by two experienced and accredited judges.
The aim of this seminar is to teach prospective judges the skills required when assessing and grading photographic images and the criteria of a good image. A discussion will be held on how to improve his/her photography submitted for competitions and the groundwork involved in the preparation of a qualification panel. You will also learn how to choose the right photographic paper to print and the necessary skills required when giving feedback as a judge.
This seminar is going to be held on Tuesday 13th December (Public holiday) at the Malta Photographic Society, 137, Old Bakery Street, Valletta, between 9:00 and 16:00hrs.
Members are urged to attend this seminar to learn the acumen required for constructive criticism and what it takes to sit on a judging panel.
The event is free of charge and places are limited on first-come first serve basis. MPS members are kindly asked to register to book a place.
